Hand-Drawn Illustrations for Statue of Liberty Book for agess 6-10

I'm looking for a talented illustrator with proven track record to create colorful, hand-drawn, cartoonish illustrations for a lighthearted child's book about the Statue of Liberty. The book is intended for family use only and will be printed using the Shutterfly platform. A fast turnaround and experienced layout are crucial for this project.
Key Requirements:
- Create engaging illustrations for elementary age children depicting Statue of Liberty close-ups, scenes around New York City, and interactions with diverse characters representing US immigration history. Will need general Statue of Liberty art and then close ups of the flame, hand, feet.
