Funny gym owner cartoon

I am moving city, and as a result I am leaving my gym. It’s a small CrossFit gym with a really close knit community. I get on really well with the Head Coach and would like to give him a gift when I leave. He always uses the catch phrase “The hard work is done, you just need to hang on” when everyone is doing a really disgusting workout and is near death. So I would like to get some kind of comical drawing of him saying those words that he can keep.
