Epilepsy Gnome

So I’m epileptic and am obsessed with garden gnomes and how they symbolize protection so I was looking to get a cartoon black and white gnome with the lavender color ribbon that represents epilepsy awareness wrapped around the neck of the gnome or pinned to the chest of the gnome. I also like the idea of the ribbon with the wings around/behind the gnome as well. Also when it comes to the gnome i like the idea of him smoking a pipe, hands behind his back, making a “tough guy fist” or giving the middle finger. The attached photos will help with a visual and none of the photos are exactly what I want but more of an idea/template to get ideas from. Thanks!
