Drawing for a patch

I am looking for a freelancer to create an original, cartoon-style drawing to create a patch of medium size (3-5 inches). I already have a specific design and concept in mind that I would like the artist to bring to life. The high standard of the final design is very important to me, so I am looking for an artist who can create a realistic illustration that still stays true to my concept. Furthermore, I would like the artist to make sure that the patch’s vector format is suitable for web and print purposes. I'm looking forward to seeing a creative and unique illustration that captures my concept and ideas. I’m looking for a cartoon drawing of this helicopter but up on cynder blocks as if the tires were stolen, the rotor blades dropping, and smoke coming out of the widows. I would like the logo on it but not the numbers
