Draw a Cartoon Graphic Novel

We are seeking a person or team to help us tell stories! We need art, panels, and lettering for our graphic novels. The end product will need to be done in Photoshop (or compatible) so we can create motion comics from them as well. We are new to this so we are seeking more of a collaboration than just an artist to help us tell our stories. Our background is in film so the comic book format is brand new to us as well. We do not want comic book style art. We also do not want manga. Our style should be closer to the X-Men cartoon back in the day, though we are open to seeing different art styles since we're figuring this out. Each story will be self-contained and run for as long as we want to tell the story (like Manga) and not necessarily interconnected like Marvel/DC. Please have links ready to art portfolio to show your experience creating comics, graphic novels, or manga! Also, please let us know what restrictions you have (what you will and won't draw if applicable). Please bid fairly and competitively. We're a new, small studio looking to expand and want to properly budget for an ongoing series.
