Childrens book illustrator
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
Hello! I'm looking for an experienced children's book illustrator who can bring my story to life with beautiful whimsical drawings, primarily animals. I have a clear idea of the theme and storyline of the book, which I'm excited to share with the right illustrator (a theme on kindness and respecting differences).
This project consists of more than 20 illustrations (approximately 26), so I need someone who is dedicated and creative in their work. I am looking for an illustrator who has experience working in the whimsical style. I've attached examples of the style I'm looking for (happy animals/big eyes). I'm drawn to the cartoon style, but also wonder if a whimsical 3D version may work as well. The book is geared toward 2-4 year olds, with ideas for similar books in the making, for a series. I plan to self-publish through Amazon. My goal would be to have one completed in 2-3 weeks, in order to complete another in the following 2-3 weeks.
