Children's book illustrator

I am looking for a talented illustrator to create illustrations for my children's book. The ideal candidate should have experience in creating cartoon-style illustrations.

I need a total of 20-40 illustrations for the book, spread across the different pages.

I have specific style and colors in mind for the illustrations, and it is important that the artist can bring my vision to life. I've attached two example images that I would like to use as the basis of the additional illustrations needed as well as context for each page:
