Children's Reading Workbook Creation

I'm looking for a freelancer to create a 60-70 page children's workbook aimed at teaching kids aged 3-5 years how to read. It should be a fun, engaging and interactive book filled with bright cartoonish illustrations.
The book should include:
- Large, bold print on letters and words
- Tracing exercises for letters with arrows for direction
- Interactive games such as "say it fast" and "say it slow"
Ideal candidates for this project should have:
- Experience in children's book writing or educational content creation
- A strong understanding of early childhood literacy
- Ability to create fun, engaging and age-appropriate content
- Skills in working with illustrators or creating simple illustrations themselves
