Children's Book for ages 3-5 illustrations

I'm looking for an illustrator to help bring my children's book to life. The book is aimed at children aged 3-5 and will have an adventure theme (book about children emotions including anger, sadness, happiness, etc). They will be in various background like one in a pirate ship, one in school, one in space, etc. I'm looking for an illustrator with a cartoon style, so the illustrations are as vivid and expressive as possible. Also preferably, the illustrator would be comfortable making Asian kids. The book will need between 20-25 illustrations.
