Children's Book on Loss
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 AUD
I'm looking for a children's book targeted at 4-7 year olds. The book will tackle the sensitive theme of losing a loved one.
Key Requirements:
- Writing: The narrative should be simple, heartfelt, and appropriate for the target age group. Experience with writing children's books is a plus.
- Illustration: The book will need watercolor style illustrations. If you are an illustrator, please provide a portfolio of your watercolor work. If you are a writer, please include a list of illustrators you have worked with in the past.
- Understanding of the theme: The book will need to handle the theme with care and sensitivity. Experience with writing about grief or loss is a plus.
Freelancers with a deep understanding of children's literature and the ability to convey complex themes in simple language are highly encouraged to bid.
