Children's Book Cartoon Illustrator Needed
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I am in search of a talented illustrator with the ability to draw captivating cartoon-style illustrations for a children's book to include
a caterpillar, spider, bee, butterfly and some other insects in a garden landscape to include an insect school. The project offers some creative freedom in terms of color scheme with the color scheme being more on the side of whimsical and vibrant. Looking for 16 pages of illustrations total inclunsing cover art.
In this children's book, young readers follow the journey of Carl, a curious caterpillar who embarks on an exciting adventure as he starts school in a whimsical garden. Along the way, Carl makes new friends, learns valuable lessons, and discovers the magic of transformation.
As Carl attends Insect School with his insect pals, including Sammy Spider and Bella Bee, he encounters various challenges and experiences moments of joy and wonder. With vibrant illustrations and engaging storytelling, the book celebrates themes of friendship, learning, and growth.
Details:
- Illustration Style: Cartoon. Previous experience in drawing cartoon characters for children's books will be highly advantageous.
- Main Use: The final illustrations will be primarily used for a children's book.
- Color Schemes: I already have some color preferences, but I am still open to suggestions. Please include color scheme suggestions in your project proposal to show how well you understand color usage in children's illustrations if applicable.
