Cartoonish Illustrations for Playful Social Stories

I'm seeking a talented illustrator to create cartoonish, playful illustrations for a series of children's social stories aimed at young children who have a disability to learn about how to complete life skills
Key Requirements:
- Experience in creating anime style illustrations
- Understanding of the preschool and early primary school demographic
- Ability to convey a playful emotional tone through illustrations
-Need to be able to create a child aged approximately 4-5 years, brown curly hair, brown eyes, gender neutral, medium skin tone, dimples
-would like exclusive rights to the images
The ideal candidate will have a portfolio showcasing similar work, and can create vibrant, engaging illustrations that will capture the attention of young readers.
Require first character in a range of poses including sitting, standing, laying down, walking, pointing, holding an object (eg toothbrush, hairbrush, washer), front and profile views, range of emotions including happy, sad, worried, angry, excited and "talking"
Second character golden cocker spaniel puppy, range of poses including sitting, standing, tail wagging, barking, rolling on ground, laying on ground, object in mouth e.g. ball. Dog face looking happy and sad/worried and playful.
Also a few images of the child patting and hugging the dog.
