Cartoonish Deer Illustration for Hat

I'm looking for a talented illustrator who can create a cartoonish style illustration of a deer. The illustration will be used for merchandise, specifically a hat.

I’m wanting an illustration of the deer jumping of the fence in attached photo. I would also like it to be the same illustration style as the deer on the hat in second attached photo. I would like to make the deer a darker brown color and make the antlers a yellow goldish color. I don’t want there to be any brush in the illustration just the deer and the fence he is jumping over. I would like the fence to be a 3 strand barbed wire with wooden posts. The design would ultimately be threaded on to the center of hat.
