Cartoon Illustrator to re-draw portrait pictures of people or animals onto pre-existing scenes

I'm going to briefly explain to you what is our business. We have an online store selling portrait pictures re-drawn onto existing scenes (please see the attached pictures).
Basically, customers send us their pictures of their beloved ones, friends, or pets and we isolate their face, re-draw it as if it were a cartoon, and put it onto a template we have. I'm sure you are familiar with this business model.
To test out if your skills are good on my works we will send you 1 picture to be re-drawn following the business guidelines described above. We need to understand how much time it will take you to make 1 picture and the overall quality of the draw. The test will be paid for.
