The artist must feel comfortable signing the following agreement:

ART COMMISSION AGREEMENT
This Art Commission Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into ____________________,(the “Effective Date”) by and between ____________________, (hereinafter referred to as the “Artist”) located in ____________________, and ____________________ (hereinafter referred to as the “Client”) located in ____________________, individually referred to as “Party”, and collectively the “Parties”.
1. Commission of Artwork

1.3. Approval Process: The Artist shall provide a sketch or preliminary version of the Artwork for the Client's approval before proceeding with the final version.
2. Payment Terms
2.1. Total Fee: The Client agrees to pay the Artist a total fee of $[Total Amount] for the creation and delivery of the Artwork.
2.2. Payment Schedule:

3.2. Right to Register: This assignment includes the right for the Client to register the copyright and other intellectual property rights in its own name.
3.3. Derivative Works: The Client shall have the sole and exclusive right to create derivative works based on the Artwork.
4. Waiver of Moral Rights
4.1. Full Waiver: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Artist hereby irrevocably and unconditionally waives all moral rights, including the rights of attribution and integrity, in and to the Artwork. The Artist acknowledges that the Client may modify, adapt, or use the Artwork in any manner, including without attribution.
5. Artist’s Warranties and Representations
5.1. Original Work: The Artist warrants that the Artwork is an original creation and does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.
5.2. Authority: The Artist warrants that they have the full right, power, and authority to enter into this Agreement and to assign the rights granted herein.
5.3. No Encumbrances: The Artist warrants that the Artwork is free from any liens, encumbrances, or claims.
6. Indemnification
The Artist shall indemnify and hold harmless the Client, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from any breach of the Artist's warranties or any claim of copyright infringement or other intellectual property infringement related to the Artwork.
7. Delivery, Acceptance, and Revisions
7.1. Delivery: The Artist shall deliver the Artwork in the specified format via the agreed-upon method by the Deadline outlined in Section 1.1.
7.2. Acceptance: The Client shall have [Number] business days from receipt of the Artwork to inspect and either accept the Artwork or request revisions. If the client does not provide feedback within the allotted time, the art will be considered accepted.
