Artistic Map for a Wildlife Residential Neighborhood in Africa -- 3

We are looking for a talented artist/cartographer for a very unique project in Africa.

We want to create a fun map (almost like a tourist map), but listing the plots for sale for a residential neighborhood. This neighborhood is a first of it's kind because people will be living with zebras, impala, and other wild animals (without fences). We are looking to have 2 maps made. 1 is for the overall site plan, and the other is for the residential neighborhood plan. We want to list the prices of the plots in a very fun way. We need someone with an artistic eye and unique & fun artistic style! We want to have drawings of animals included and overall to have a fun & cartoon-like style.

You will be given a site map plotted on a grid, with some artistic direction. However, a lot of the create ideas will come from you! This should be a very FUN map!

Please send us examples of your artistic style and any maps you have made in the past. Our team has artists on it, so we have very high standards. We are located in USA, Africa, & Japan.

You do not need to have the biggest portfolio to get this project. We are looking for an young & up-an-coming artist to do this project with us long term. There are many other projects related to this development that need artistic work.

If you do not have a portfolio to show us, feel free to draw a fun over-head map using either of the examples below. Included in the files are the major site plan & the neighborhood plan. We have removed all location information due to the privacy of the project.
