Artist needed for home bar sign (2 copies)

I'd like to have a face/neck image of my dog (Rooney) painted on an 'aged' wooden sign (perhaps 1.5-2ft x 2.5-3ft) with the words Rooney's Pub painted below the face and Est. 2020 at the bottom. And, if there is room at the top, above the face, the Irish word for cheers--Sláinte. I have included a photo of Rooney and an example of a sign for design and size.
