Anime / Manga meets Andy Warhols POP ART -- 2

Andy Warhol used the same drawing with defined coloured areas using 4-5 colours for one artwork.
Then he changed the colours to alienate the drawing and to give it a new touch.
I want a lady´s comic portrait in Anime / POP-Art style with 4 versions to start with.
Two examples are attached to give an impression of how much of the body shall be visible. (nothing else)
( You may just "cut off" the drawing at the bottom and use your own style.)
I may hire more than one artist.
The working title is: Princess of ->your home country
It would be great if you could provide a 5 minutes sketch of your first idea to show what your style, skill level and understanding of the task is.
In case that I don´t decide to work with you the sketch won´t be used for anything from my side.
I will pay you by the hour, because I am a perfectionist and I may ask for amendments.
Please give me an estimation of the hours of work that you think will be needed.
As a final result a scalable file type is wanted.
And for being on the safe side I will ask for a signed letter that confirms the transfer the copyright to me.
We can set up a contract if you want.
