HR Specialist for Developer Job Searches
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I'm looking for an experienced HR assistant or career specialist to handle daily searches and responses to Backend/Fullstack developer openings.
Task: Massive daily responses to job openings, with resumes carefully tailored to each position. The goal - 100% receive 2-3 screening calls per day.
What the job involves: daily monitoring of current openings on the specified platforms, selecting relevant positions based on specified criteria, tailoring resumes and cover letters to each specific opening, taking into account keywords and requirements, submitting responses on my behalf, maintaining a spreadsheet of submitted responses (date, company, link, status), and daily reporting.
Candidate requirements: real experience in recruiting, career consulting, or job search assistance; understanding of the IT market and the specifics of backend/fullstack vacancies; ability to competently rewrite resumes for ATS and human recruiters; no bots, automated emails, fakes, or spam—only hands-on work.
KPI: at least 100% 2-3 scheduled screenings per day on a regular basis. Salary is negotiable; a combination of a fixed salary and a performance bonus is possible.
