My current résumé is aimed at landing paralegal roles, yet the layout feels dated and tends to stumble on many online application portals. I need it re-formatted—not rewritten—so it looks polished, reads clearly, and keeps a classic, traditional style that legal recruiters expect.
Here’s what I’m after:
• A clean, section-based structure with consistent headings, spacing, and typography
• Proper use of Word styles so the file stays perfectly editable and exports to PDF without shifting
• Subtle ATS-friendly touches (no text boxes, graphics, or tables that break parsing) while still prioritising visual clarity
