Career coaching needed for career revamp
Budget: €20 – €75 EUR
I am experiencing fatigue with the tech industry, particularly with companies that have no hesitation in firing people regardless of performance and where stability is nonexistent.
I need help finding a new career path. I know what I do NOT want:
- Highly volatile companies where the median tenure is less than 5 years.
- Roles such as Program Manager, Product Manager, Project Manager, Sales, or Operations Manager.
I also know some of the things I am looking for:
- A company that respects standard working hours (9-5 GMT).
- A remote-first environment.
- A salary expectation of $150k.
- A stable industry.
What I enjoy most is sharing knowledge and developing others. It makes me incredibly proud to see the people I work with grow and progress as leaders in their careers.
What I need from a freelancer:
- 3 interviews to help me better identify career opportunities and define the right path for me.
- A final document with the key insights + the key industries and roles I will be more likelly to get the next job.
