Graduate CV Optimization Support
Budget: £250 – £750 GBP
I have just finished university and I’m ready to enter the job market, but I want to make sure my CV is truly outstanding before I start applying. My focus is on Marketing, Events, and Hospitality, with a particular interest in events production roles that sit at the crossroads of marketing and agency work. What I need is a partner who can:
• Collaborate with me live (screen-share or shared doc) to rebuild my CV from the ground up.
• Strengthen wording, structure, and visual layout so it passes modern ATS scans used by large agencies, hospitality groups, and marketing departments.
• Explain—using credible, up-to-date evidence—what today’s “perfect candidate CV” looks like for these industries and why.
• Suggest powerful keywords and accomplishment statements that resonate with recruiters in events production and related marketing roles.
• Provide advice on tailoring the document for each application, plus quick pointers on LinkedIn profile alignment.
• Keep everything strictly confidential; NDA is fine if needed.
Acceptance criteria:
1. Final CV delivered in both Word and PDF formats, optimized for ATS (verified by a scan report).
2. One-page reference guide that outlines the changes made and the rationale behind them.
3. A short list of recommended next steps for my first job applications.
If you have recent success stories or data to prove your expertise with graduate-level CVs in these fields, please share a brief summary when we start our conversation.
