UK Adult Social Care Consultant Needed to Interview Registered Manager Candidates
Budget: £18 – £36 GBP
I am looking for an experienced UK adult social care consultant to assist with interviewing candidates for a Registered Manager position for my care service in Scotland.
The role has already been advertised, and I have received applications. I am seeking an independent consultant with experience in adult social care who can help assess candidates and identify the most suitable person for the position.
Scope of work:
- Review shortlisted CVs and applications.
- Develop competency-based interview questions.
- Conduct or co-host interviews remotely via Microsoft Teams or Zoom.
- Assess candidates' leadership ability, regulatory knowledge, and overall suitability for the Registered Manager role.
- Score candidates and provide a written recommendation on the strongest applicant.
Essential experience:
- Previous experience as a Registered Manager, Responsible Individual, Operations Manager, or Adult Social Care Consultant in the UK.
- Strong knowledge of the UK care sector, with experience of Care Inspectorate Scotland preferred.
- Proven experience interviewing or recruiting senior care professionals.
- Excellent communication and candidate assessment skills.
