Hiring DEX expert on Cardano

We are currently building a product that aims to be the Cardano blockchain’s most secure and decentralized exchange (DEX). We are an Automated Market Maker (AMM) DEX will support the trading of any Cardano native token using Liquidity Pools, as well as yield farming and many more functions.
We have won 'Project Catalyst' twice. This is the Cardano innovation fund which involves the community voting for various projects and we are now in the final stages of development.
Our smart contracts are written in Plutarch (Haskell) (Google "Plutarch Cardano" to find the Plutonomicon open repositories on GitHub) They define the parameters and conditions under which users can interact with the DEX.
For the off-chain tooling and front-end, we are using Node.js services and React with Typescript. Some unique challenges include keeping close attention to the security and scalability of the DEX to allow a large number of concurrent swaps within the constraints of the Cardano blockchain.
