PSD Template Designer Needed for Fantasy Trading Card Game

I am looking for a graphic designer to create a single editable PSD template for a fantasy-themed Trading Card Game (TCG).

I do not require completed cards or artwork. I only need a professional, reusable template that I can use to create and edit cards myself.

Requirements

The PSD must be fully layered and organised, with all elements editable and separated into clearly named folders/layers. The card template dimensions will be 5:7 ratio.

The template should include:

Card border/frame
Artwork/image area
Card name banner
Card text/content area
Attack value
Health value
Defence value
Status/effect indicators
Decorative UI elements

The content area should be large enough to comfortably accommodate two separate abilities, including an ability name and description for each.

Style

The visual style should be similar to modern fantasy digital card games.

I have reference images and mock-ups available which will be provided to the selected freelancer.

The template should be designed so that different card factions/types can be represented simply by changing the border colour. I will handle these colour variations myself, so only a single master template is required.
