OBD Remote Unlock & Start System

I am looking for someone who would be able to create a device that start a car by obd port and preferably teach me how to create one.
The OBD system should ideally be compatible with all types of vehicles - Sedans, SUVs, and Electric vehicles.
Skills and Experience:
- Expertise in automotive electrical systems
- Prior experience with installing and troubleshooting OBD systems
- Ability to advise on car electronics options and upgrades
- Understanding of a range of vehicle types including sedans, SUVs and electric vehicles.
