• run AI Remove Background
• insert a neutral background that is clearly different from the original shot (not just a color wash)
• apply the ready-made translation text preset
• export in 1080 p, 59.94 fps and upload the finished short

Pay is performance-based—$3 for every 100 k views the video earns (e.g., 700 k views = $21). With the current hit rate of roughly 50 %, producing 20 shorts a day is realistic once you’re in the groove.
