Video Editor Needed for Simple Copy-Style Edits

I’m looking for a video editor to make short videos in a style that I will show you through a reference video.

This is not a creative editing job. I will provide:
-the reference video/style to follow
-the AI voice MP3/audio
-all images/assets needed
-clear instructions on what I want
Your job is to put everything together in a very similar way to the example I provide.
The main thing I care about is keyframe editing. Transitions and other effects are fine too, but the biggest focus is using keyframes properly and matching the style I show you.
Requirements:
-You must have access to auto captions / AI auto captions
-CapCut Pro is preferred, but any software is fine as long as it has good auto-caption features
-You must be able to closely copy the style of the sample video
Payment:
Pay starts at $1 CAD per video. I know this is a low starting rate, so I want to be upfront about that.
My rate structure is:
-$1.00 CAD per video to start
-$1.25 CAD per video after the first month
-$1.50 CAD per video after the second month
-$1.60 CAD per video after five months
After that, the rate stays at $1.60 CAD per video.
I’m looking for someone loyal and long-term, not someone expecting a high rate right away. I already have team members working at this rate, so I want to keep things fair and consistent across the team.
Freelancer fees are not in my control, so please keep that in mind before applying.
I’ll include a link where I explain the payment side more clearly. You can click that for more details. I’m a real person, easy to work with, and I already have a team of people from Freelancer. Other payment arrangements can also be discussed further through the link provided.
