YouTube Video Editor – Career Development Channel
I’m building a YouTube channel focused on career advice, business mindset, and well-being, based on insights from books, podcasts, and top performers. Unlike faceless channels, I appear on camera, so edits should feel clean, personal, and purposeful — no flashy effects.


All videos are edited using with simple B-rolls, readable subtitles, and background music to support the message. The tone is professional yet down-to-earth, helping viewers make real progress in their work and lives.


What You’ll Do
Edit 6–15 min talking-head videos using CapCut or Premiere Pro Desktop


Add subtitles, B-roll, and music


Trim pauses/fillers and improve pacing


Use simple zooms or overlays to support clarity


Deliver final MP4s via Google Drive


Who You Are
You’ve edited for YouTube or storytelling-based channels


You’re comfortable with minimalist editing


You know how to keep content engaging without overdoing it


You take feedback well and enjoy thoughtful, meaningful content


Compensation
$50 per video, depending on scope


Starting with 1–2 videos/week


Long-term potential if it’s a good fit


Trial Task
Before we commit, you’ll complete a paid trial edit: a 1-2-minute video with talking head + script. You’ll be paid $20, regardless of outcome.
