Video Content Operator for Luma AI Project
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
We are looking for a detail-oriented Video Content Operator to help us produce short-form videos using Luma AI.
This is not a creative or ideation role. All prompts, texts and subtitles will be provided. The task is purely executional and technical.
Responsibilities:
Generate short video clips using Luma AI (Draft mode) from provided prompts
Combine 3 short clips into a single video (around 15 seconds total)
Export videos without unnecessarily increasing file size or bitrate
Add closed captions (VTT or SRT) in multiple languages (files provided)
Deliver final MP4 files following clear naming and format guidelines
Required skills:
Hands-on experience with Luma AI or similar text-to-video tools
Basic video assembly skills (CapCut, FFmpeg, Premiere, or similar)
Understanding of resolution, bitrate and file size optimization
Comfortable working with VTT / SRT subtitle files
High attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely
Nice to have:
Experience with short-form or ad-oriented video formats
Experience handling multilingual caption workflows
Ability to work efficiently with repetitive, batch-based tasks
What this role is not:
No scripting
No copywriting
No creative concept development
No voice-over or music selection
All creative inputs are provided.
Work setup:
Freelance or part-time
Asynchronous work
Batch-based production (typically 10–30 videos per batch)
