TikTok, YT & Instagram Video Editor Needed
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
To apply plz see below, thank you kindly but no need for endless hello how are you, please submit requested samples and noted below.
We're building a faceless short-form brand for young women across TikTok, Instagram and YouTube, and we're looking for one reliable editor to grow with us long-term. This is ongoing, steady work, we want someone who can commit for at least a year and become our go-to person, not a one-off gig.
You'll turn simple raw material into scroll-stopping vertical videos, at volume and at speed. This is template-based editing, not artistic showreel work. We've already defined a small set of repeatable content formats. Your job is to make each one hit hard emotionally and look clean, fast, and consistent every time.
The formats you'll be editing:
- Text message stories (a text conversation playing out on screen)
- Stories and situations with captions (voiceover or text over stock footage)
- POV micro-moments with captions (short first-person, internal-dialogue clips)
- Podcast-style clips (talking-head clips with captions, split-screen)
- Notes-app / self-confession style (screen-recorded, real-time emotional text)
- UGC (talking-to-camera, get-ready-with-me, vent style)
What matters most:
- Speed and consistency. Most videos should be editable in under 30 minutes each. We post daily, sometimes several times a day.
- Clean, modern captions. Synced word-by-word, one consistent font and style across every video.
- Emotional pacing. Knowing where to hold a beat, where to cut, where the line should land in silence. The feeling is the whole product.
- Sound. Matching trending audio and soft background music to the mood of each piece.
- A consistent look. Same caption style, same corner branding, same feel on every video, so they're recognizable without a logo.
The rate and the setup:
- This is per-video work, $2 to $5 per short video depending on the format and complexity.
- Because the videos are template-based and quick to edit, this works as steady volume, not slow one-offs. The more consistent and fast you are, the more work there is.
- We're looking for a long-term partner. If you're reliable and the quality holds, this becomes regular ongoing work for a year or more, with room to grow as the brand scales.
Nice to have: experience editing for a faceless or story-based page, comfort with CapCut and/or Premiere/DaVinci, and an eye for what performs on TikTok specifically.
To apply, please send:
1. 2 to 3 examples of short-form vertical videos you've edited (captioned, emotional, or story-based preferred).
2. Your average turnaround time per short video, and how many you can comfortably deliver per week.
3. One line on your caption workflow (what tool, how you sync).
4. Confirm you're comfortable with the $2 to $5 per-video rate and looking for long-term ongoing work.
First order is for 50 videos. 2nd will be 100 videos.
We work in a clear system with templates and briefs provided, so you're never guessing. If you're fast, consistent, and you get emotional pacing, this is steady, reliable work for the long run.
