Quick Multi-Avatar Video Edits

I have a steady stream of very short clips—each 2-3 minutes long—featuring three HeyGen avatars. The camera is locked off, the avatars stand in fixed spots, and only one speaks at a time while the others remain in a natural idle state.
All I need from you is to place the three avatars together in a single scene, follow my finished script, make the basic cuts, and export the result to MP4. No transitions, no effects, and—per my workflow—no audio work beyond leaving the track exactly as supplied.
