The content will be used mainly for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other short-form platforms. We will provide the raw video footage, and your task will be to turn it into engaging, entertaining, and high-quality short videos.
Responsibilities
Edit short-form dog videos for social media
Select the best moments from the raw footage
Add captions, subtitles, text overlays, music, and trending sounds where appropriate
Create engaging hooks and fast-paced edits suitable for social media
Adapt videos to formats such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
Keep the editing style consistent with the account’s tone and branding
Deliver polished videos ready to post
Requirements
Experience editing short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, or YouTube Shorts
Strong sense of timing, storytelling, hooks, and social media trends
Ability to create funny, cute, emotional, and engaging pet-related content
Experience with tools such as CapCut or similar
Reliable communication and ability to meet deadlines
Freelance availability for ongoing work
Nice to Have
Experience editing pet, dog, animal, or lifestyle content
Knowledge of viral short-form video formats
Ability to suggest creative ideas for improving engagement
