Help Export 30-Minute CapCut Project on Windows (Error 100011)

Description:
I’m editing a 30-minute film in CapCut Desktop on a Lenovo Windows laptop, and every attempt to export stops immediately with error 100011. Reinstalling CapCut hasn’t solved the problem, so I’m looking for targeted help to get this project rendered without quality loss.

What I need from you:
• Diagnose the root cause of error 100011 on a Windows setup.
