YouTube Shorts Editor Needed – CapCut Specialist (Ongoing or Per Video). I need a skilled CapCut editor for regular or one-off YouTube Shorts (3 mins each).

Strong hooks in the first 1–3 seconds
Smooth transitions, zooms, text animations, and trending effects
Big, readable captions/subtitles (auto + manual style)
