I’m launching a brand-new Top 10 YouTube channel and want to work long-term with an editor who can shape the entire look and feel from day one. Each piece will be a 7- to 10-minute, fast-paced, list-style video built mainly in CapCut—my go-to platform—so solid fluency there is essential.
Here’s what I’ll hand over: a script, an AI-generated voice-over track, and any specific timing notes. From you I need the full visual package: engaging cuts, royalty-free images and stock clips, clean subtitles, basic motion effects, and an overall rhythm that keeps viewers glued while remaining completely faceless.
We’ll start on a fixed €30 monthly retainer until the channel reaches monetization. Once revenue comes in, we can switch to a higher flat rate or a fair revenue-share model, and I’m happy to add performance bonuses for breakout videos.
Consistency matters; I plan to publish regularly each month, so reliability and attention to detail will be valued just as much as creative flair. Slovak or Czech editors would be great for ease of communication, yet anyone with strong English and proven editing chops is welcome.
