I have a collection of raw clips that need to be transformed into an eye-catching TikTok/Reels video. You’ll be working in CapCut (mobile or desktop version—whichever you prefer) to trim and merge the footage, weave in punchy music, and layer dynamic, flashy transitions throughout. Timed slow-motion moments and on-screen subtitles must flow naturally with the beat so viewers stay engaged to the last frame.

Here’s what I expect:

• Final aspect ratio 9:16, 1080p resolution
• Length between 30 – 60 seconds, optimized for the TikTok algorithm
• Subtitles burned in, synced accurately, and styled for clarity
• Transitions that pop without feeling chaotic—think quick wipes, zooms, and glitch cuts
• At least one slow-motion section that lands on a beat drop or key action point
• Delivery of both the exported MP4 and the CapCut project file for future tweaks
