We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented YouTube Video Production Assistant to create 5-7 minute faceless educational TEXT-ONLY YouTube videos and matching TEXT-ONLY thumbnails using Canva and AI voice tools. There will be NO music. We provide the scripts and use our own paid Canva and AI voice accounts.
This is a production-focused role for someone who works efficiently, follows instructions well, and has strong attention to detail.
This is NOT a creative role.
We are seeking a long-term team member. Consistent work is available for qualified freelancers, with approximately 20+ videos per week.
FLEXIBLE HOURS
Maintain flexible hours as long as you deliver quality videos weekly.
IMPORTANT:
You will NOT upload videos to YouTube or any other platform. Your responsibility is to create, export, and deliver completed videos that meet company production standards for review and approval.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Create 5-7 minute faceless YouTube videos
• Use provided scripts and titles (no scriptwriting required)
• Generate AI voice narration using our paid account
• Create text-only educational videos in Canva using our paid account
• Sync on-screen text to narration
• Create a simple, clean, professional, TEXT-ONLY YouTube thumbnail for each video using Company branding guidelines
• Export completed videos in high quality
• Deliver approximately 20+ completed videos weekly for quality review

COMPENSATION
• MAX PAY is $3 USD per completed and approved video
• Approximately 20+ videos per week consistently

• Monthly payment for approved videos, paid on the third Wednesday (USA) of each month

A small number of shortlisted candidates will be invited to complete a paid 3-video trial project.
The pay will be $9 USD and $10 USD for your freelancer fee, for a total of $19 USD. Trial videos must meet MuleOne production standards and follow instructions closely. You will use YOUR TOOLS for the trial.

Videos must meet company production standards.
IMPORTANT QUALITY REQUIREMENT:
The AI voice narration and on-screen text must be properly synchronized at all times. Text appearing too early, too late, or not matching the spoken narration will result in the video being considered incomplete and not qualified for payment approval.
Videos will be reviewed for:
• Correct title
• Correct thumbnail
• Proper audio quality
• Proper formatting
• Correct branding
• Correct CTA and funnel links
• Proper synchronization at all times
Revisions will be requested if instructions are not followed.
