YouTube Thumbnail Template for Author Interviews

Looking for a reusable template for my YouTube channel. Interview style. Design a Canva template that instantly signals “author interview”— combines author photo of both interviewer and interviewee, eye-catching title text and the book cover in a balanced, scroll-stopping layout. Preferred colours for my channel are purple and white however am open to suggestion as long as it is a polished eye catching result close to market expectation on YouTube.

Images will be extracted from the video itself. The template design is something I will need to be able to use through canvas and easily adjust for future episodes.
