WordPress Content Publishing Assistant Wanted

Looking for a WordPress Content Upload Assistant (Part-time, Long-term)
I need a reliable assistant for basic, repetitive content publishing tasks for my artisan food brand's WordPress website. All content is ready — blog post text, images, SEO copy, image file names, and alt text will all be provided to you in a checklist. Your job is careful, accurate execution only.
Tasks:

Upload pre-written blog posts to WordPress exactly as instructed
Rename image files as specified, upload and format images, add alt text and SEO fields exactly as provided
Fill in SEO title, meta description, focus keyword, and tags exactly as provided
Schedule or publish posts as instructed
Check they look right on mobile as well

Volume: 5-6 blog posts per month with a total of 25-30 images. Roughly 2-3 hours of work monthly.
Payment: Rs 2000/month fixed retainer
Requirements:

WordPress experience (uploading posts, not building sites)
Yoast or Rank Math SEO plugin familiarity
Canva for any image resizing and collage making
Attention to detail is non-negotiable — you are following a checklist, not making decisions. Spelling errors, wrong file names, or missed fields will end the engagement immediately.
