Project Overview
Seeking a creative freelancer to design 10 unique, wedding-themed coaster products for an Etsy
shop using Canva templates. Each product must allow for customer personalization and the option for
customers to upload their own designs. The freelancer will also create 10 optimized Etsy listings,
including SEO-friendly titles, descriptions, keywords, and high-quality images/mockups. Additionally, a
short product video mock-up must be created for each listing.
Scope of Work
Design 10 distinct coaster templates with wedding themes (e.g., floral, rustic, modern, classic,
boho, minimalist, vintage, elegant, watercolor, geometric).
All designs must be created in Canva and delivered as editable Canva templates.
Each template must include customizable text fields (e.g., names, dates, messages).
Incorporate a placeholder or clear instructions for customers to upload their own images or
artwork.
Designs must be suitable for printing on standard coaster sizes (provide dimensions).
Create high-resolution mockups for each product for use in Etsy listings.
Create a short video mock-up for each product, showcasing the design and personalization
features.
Write 10 Etsy product listings, each with:
SEO-optimized titles
Detailed, keyword-rich descriptions
Up to 13 relevant tags/keywords per listing
Suggested categories and attributes
High-quality images/mockups (JPG or PNG)
Provide brief instructions for customers on how to personalize and upload their own designs.
