Job Overview:
I’m launching a wellness/e-commerce brand and seeking a reliable, proactive virtual assistant for the next 3–4 weeks to help me manage the marketing and admin load leading up to launch. You’ll work closely with me via daily Zoom calls, help execute tasks, and provide support across content, organization, and communications.
This role is remote, but you must be available during Bali/AEST hours and comfortable working collaboratively over video.

Your Role Will Include:
• Daily Zoom check-ins (30–60 mins) to review progress and set daily priorities
• Managing and tracking the launch to-do list (reminders, accountability, structure)
• Organising files in Google Drive: raw and edited photos, videos, reels
• Assisting in Canva (Instagram posts, mood boards, basic layouts)
• Helping with Klaviyo email setup (training provided)
• Researching and summarising competitor ads using Meta Ads Library
• Collaborative Google Doc editing for campaign assets, emails, captions, etc.

• Approx. 2–4 hours per day
• Daily availability required during Bali/AEST timezone (ideally between 9AM–6PM)
• Must be able to attend daily Zoom working calls

Ideal Candidate Will Have:
• Prior experience supporting marketing or e-commerce teams
• Confident with Canva, Google Drive, and Zoom
• Familiarity with Klaviyo, Shopify, or paid ad workflows (a plus but not essential)
• Fluent in English – essential for clear communication and collaborative editing of captions, emails, and marketing docs
• A proactive, grounded, and collaborative work style
