Therapy Worksheet Template Design

I’m refreshing the client materials for my private therapy practice and need a skilled graphic designer who can build a cohesive suite of editable worksheet templates in Canva. All templates must feel professional and formal while keeping to a calm, neutral-tone palette that works well with adult clients.

Because I don’t yet have a full brand guide, I’ll rely on you to help establish the core visual elements—typography hierarchy, a restrained colour set, and a subtle graphic motif I can carry across future resources. Once we lock those basics, the real task is to translate them into flexible worksheets I can update myself as treatment plans evolve.

I’ll provide sample content, wording, and any clinical guidance; you’ll shape it into clean, engaging layouts that respect best practices in accessibility and therapeutic communication. Experience with therapy, coaching, or educational materials is highly valued, as is a keen eye for detail when creating fillable fields in Acrobat or similar tools.
