Template-Based Policy Document Design

I have a document already drafted and cleared for release; what I need now is a clean, on-brand layout that fits our existing organization templates. The finished file will be shared publicly with our stakeholders, so it has to look polished, consistent with our style guide, and easy to read on screen or in print.

Here’s the scope:

• Take my Word draft (about 3000 words) and design a document that fits our style and brand.
• Apply our brand colours, typography, and header/footer structure as in previous releases.
• Add simple visual cues—icons, pull-quotes, or a sidebar—where they help readability, but keep the overall feel professional.
• Deliver both an editable source file (Canva or InDesign, whichever you prefer) and a press-ready PDF.

No new content writing is required; the text is final. I simply need your design skills to make the document presentation-ready for public communication to our stakeholder audience.
