We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team on a full-time, monthly-paid basis. This person will be fully responsible for creating, managing, and posting all social media content related to our company across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Create high-quality visual and written content for social media.
Prepare, design, and schedule regular posts tailored to different platforms (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).
Work primarily with Canva (must-have) and Photoshop (nice-to-have) for visual design.
Develop a strategic and engaging content plan for at least six months, tailored to our industry and target audience.
Optimize content to target the right audience and improve engagement.
Handle platform-specific posting strategies (e.g., different tone/designs for LinkedIn vs Instagram).
Monitor results and propose adjustments to maximize impact.
Be available for daily or weekly updates and actively collaborate with the team.
Requirements:
Proven experience in social media content creation and strategy.
Strong skills in Canva; experience with Photoshop is a strong plus.
Excellent understanding of different social media platforms and their audiences.
Ability to create platform-specific content that is aligned with our brand and goals.
Strong communication skills and commitment to consistent progress updates.
Ability to provide a sample content calendar or strategy plan for the next 6 months.
Must be self-motivated, organized, and results-driven.
