About Us:
Renew Collective is a thriving mindful social club in the San Francisco Bay Area creating authentic, alcohol-free community experiences. We host sound baths, herbal tea workshops, wellness gatherings, and creative events for 275+ engaged members who are seeking meaningful connections without alcohol.
What You'll Do:
Transform existing content into engaging posts and Reels - I'll provide photos, videos, and event content; you'll create polished social media posts
Design eye-catching graphics and edit short-form videos for Instagram and Facebook
Write compelling captions that reflect our warm, inclusive, wellness-focused brand voice
Schedule content strategically across Instagram, Facebook, and SweatPals
Repurpose event highlights, testimonials, and behind-the-scenes moments into shareable content
Engage with our community through comments, DMs, and stories
Create Instagram Reels from event footage and wellness content
Track analytics and provide weekly performance reports
Coordinate with event hosts and brand partners for collaborative posts
Schedule:
Approximately 20 hours per week
Flexible hours with occasional availability during US Pacific Time evenings for event support
Room to grow into full-time as we expand
You're Perfect If You:
Have 1-2+ years of social media management experience
Excel at repurposing raw content into polished, engaging posts
Skilled at basic video editing for Instagram Reels and Stories
Understand wellness, mindfulness, and alcohol-free lifestyle communities
Write naturally in English with excellent grammar and creativity
Can take creative direction and match brand voice consistently
Work independently and meet deadlines reliably
Bonus: Experience with event promotion or beverage/wellness brands

Canva (or Adobe Creative Suite)
CapCut, InShot, or similar video editing apps for Reels
Meta Business Suite / Later / Buffer
Google Workspace (for accessing shared content)
Slack for communication
