I'm an artist seeking a designer to modify my template or I’m willing to get a new one one if you think that is necessary. I need a creative designer to bring my vision to life. I have a specific artistic and expressive aesthetic in mind but need help with color palettes and font choices.
Key Requirements:
- Color Palette: Dusty pink, red, violet, and purples. Must be classy yet vibrant.
- Font Selection: Editorial-looking fonts combined with handwritten styles.
Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Experience with Shopify template design
- Strong color theory knowledge
- Proficiency in typography and font pairing
- A portfolio showcasing artistic and expressive design work

I have a lot of content to work with, I love to create pages and banners in Canva and product mockups which may be the source of my problem because I might have too much to choose from. Nonetheless, I can assist in providing you with content if necessary. I do not want to use any stock photos. If you have something specific in mind, I literally can create it for you in a very short period of time.
I currently have a blog that I really like visually, but I don’t ever promote it because it’s not finished yet and it doesn’t have the amount of boldness that I want this to have, but overall the look is very pretty and will give you a very good idea of what I’m looking for. I just want a version that is a little bit more fun, surprising, and relatable to my clientele.
You can definitely considerr me a maximalist, but I understand that it would make for a very chaotic website, but infusing elements of that, and subtle pop of colors, but still making it cohesive is what I’m after. My blog is moodroomblog.com. It’s a very good reference but it’s far from perfect, but it’s the only thing that I’ve created. That is close to what I’m ultimately trying to accomplish.
My art is very different and offer prints of various pieces. I have no problem removing any of them that are irrelevant if they throw off the vibe. Right now I’m focusing on cohesion and really want to tighten my brand. I want it to be classy, but bright, bold, and surprising. It’s important for my humor to be showcased as well, which I realize is difficult but I love when sites word things differently and talk to the customers in a friendly, sort of sarcastic, humorous way. Most importantly, even though I have hundreds and hundreds of pieces, I want my main focus to be on a new collection paintings that are reasonably priced, abstract, mixed media, watercolor mini paintings. They are very cute and range anywhere from two by threes to six by seven. They are very fun to do individually on acrylic stands or to Matt in a for section photo frame so the possibilities are literally endless. I’ve created a lot of really cute mock ups and I believe those are throwing me off because they are probably too busy so I really need some help making everything really flow together, but keeping the edge . The main focus of the site it will definitely be the abstract minis.
