SharePoint Newsletter Redesign
Budget: €250 – €750 EUR
I need our long-running Word newsletter reborn inside SharePoint Online as a vibrant, email-ready News Post that looks consistent every month and across every screen.
Here is exactly what I want to hand over to my communications team:
• A fully rebuilt version of our current layout created with the “Made for Email” News Post template in SharePoint Online. The finished page must render perfectly both in the browser and in Outlook.
• One master “seasonal” brand template we can duplicate each month, pre-filled with sections for feature stories, quick wins, and announcements.
• A colour palette that feels bold and bright, paired with clean, legible typography—Verdana or a similar sans-serif face—applied to H2 headings, body copy, call-outs, and captions, all with consistent spacing.
• Pre-aligned Image web parts set to fixed dimensions so contributors can just drop an image in without fears of distortion.
• Matching branded header graphics and photo-frame overlays supplied as Canva templates. A non-designer on my team must be able to drag in a photo, click Download, and upload it to SharePoint with zero cropping surprises.
• A quick review loop to agree on final visuals, then delivery of all template files and any style-guide notes.
You can work with SharePoint Online’s native web-part toolbox, Canva, and, if needed, PowerShell or SPFx snippets; whatever achieves a clean, modern, vibrant look in the shortest time.
When the project is complete I expect: the working SharePoint News Post template live in my tenant, a packaged set of Canva links, and a one-page style guide so the team can keep everything on-brand going forward.
