Self-Help Productivity Templates
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I’m putting together a set of digital templates that turn proven self-help productivity principles into ready-to-use tools. Think checklists, planners, trackers and quick-reference sheets that people can download, fill in and see immediate gains in their daily efficiency.
Here’s what I need from you:
• Shape the underlying framework for each template so it clearly guides users through a productivity workflow (e.g., goal-setting, time-blocking, habit tracking).
• Write succinct on-page instructions and tips that echo a supportive self-help tone rather than dry technical copy.
• Design the layouts so they look clean and engaging on both desktop and mobile—Google Docs, Notion, Canva or similar tools are fine as long as the final assets export smoothly to PDF and editable formats.
• Deliver a small style guide (colours, fonts, icon use) to keep the full template pack cohesive.
Acceptance criteria
– All templates open without formatting glitches in the agreed tool and in PDF.
– Text is free of errors and aligned with the productivity focus.
– Assets are organised in clearly labelled folders ready for upload to an online store.
If you’re comfortable blending instructional writing with smart layout skills, I’d love to see two samples of related work and hear which software you prefer to build in.
