Refresh my nutrition handout & logo ideas

I have a set of educational booklets whose content is solid but the visuals no longer match the professional look I need. I’m focusing purely on revamping the layout, design, and potentially supporting imagery. No rewriting of the text.

I'm looking to refresh the style of my current booklets. I already have a strong starting point including a preferred colour scheme and fonts I like. However, I'd like to make it look even more professional. I'm open to suggestions. (I have attached a screen shot of how one of my pages already looks, I'd just like it to be improved to look more professionally made).

You’ll receive the current booklets in PDF and editable file formats, these have been made on Canva. The layout doesn't need to change if not required. I'm just looking to refresh the colour pallet and fonts.

I'm also looking for an update to my logo. I'd like a logo set if possible which I can use for a number of different scenarios including my website, app and future documents.

- A short style guide summarising fonts, colour values, and image treatments for future consistency

The vibe I'm going for is clean, minimalistic and aesthetic. These booklets are for a private medical company so ideally I'd like the design to look expensive.
